Ute Paech

Teppich Transport von Schweden in die Schweiz. Fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben bei der gesamten Abwicklung inkl. Zollabfertigung. Konnte meine Anliegen einbringen, diese wurden berücksichtigt und es wurde mir bei Fragen auch zeitnach eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Einziger "Wermuthstropfen": Da der Transport "nur" einen Teppich beinhaltete, war der Mindestpreis eher etwas hoch. Wäre bei mehreren Stücken natürlich nicht mehr ins Gewicht gefallen. On November 21st, 2022 my move was carried out by the company Ute Paech. Among other things, a high-quality filing cabinet was severely damaged by the employees. My damage report was made after 19 days, 5 days after the deadline, because I was only able to be back on site then due to work. The Paech company refuses to settle the damage, resulting in a loss of over 400 euros. I find this behavior very unacceptable and not customer-friendly. The workers also damaged a wall and left other minor damage to the walls and floor. So I cannot recommend this company at all.

We chose the forwarding company Ute Paech for our move to Finland. The offer for an additional cargo was great, in fact it was the best offer. We are super satisfied and were able to move relaxed. The employees were all really nice and our removal goods arrived safely in Finland. Everything just worked out fine.

From start to finish, from relocation advice to implementation, everything was great!

The move from Kiel to Oldenburg (unfortunately I could not enter both cities in the mask) was carried out safely and reliably by Ute Paech despite the difficult situation caused by the pandemic. Mr. Brandt looked a bit overly well dressed, but in retrospect wrote down everything important and sent an offer that same evening. When packing the items, they acted very carefully and everything was very well secured when they were loaded into the truck. Both the person responsible for the move and the truck invitee / driver accompanied the move through to unloading, assembly, etc. As a result, the same contact person was always on site and details could be changed at short notice. The headquarters informed about the status of the development in good time and so everything was in its right place at the end of the 3 days move.
Not a glass was broken, not a cupboard was scratched and even the 130kg refrigerator came along safely thanks to comprehensive security. Overall, I was won over by the performance of the relocation team. There was no dawdling, there was good togetherness and everyone was always on time. I can recommend Ute Paech with a clear conscience.

Although the Corona crisis is currently paralyzing a lot, "Ute Paech" made sure that we moved from Kiel to Mainz without a hitch - we have never moved so relaxed! Even the establishment of contact was very pleasant: the inspection of our house was taken over by the managing director Mr. Brandt, who made an extremely serious impression and (obviously very experienced) gathered the most important information for the move; We received the cost estimate on the same day. The excellent start was then confirmed with the actual move: within about 8 hours (spread over two days) the capable moving men had packed or dismantled our entire household in cardboard boxes and loaded it into their truck, also uninstalled all our lamps and curtain rods and the Dowel holes closed. The (all German-speaking) staff was extremely friendly and never seemed stressed or overwhelmed; there was never chaos. Two "Ute Paech" men then drove the truck to our new apartment; "Ute Paech" had also requested three more moving helpers from a local moving company. The truck was unloaded within just under 5 hours, the large pieces of furniture set up and lamps and curtain rods installed. Although the men were under deadline pressure that day, they were extremely friendly again and gladly complied with all of our requests. We unpacked the boxes ourselves, which showed the great care with which all our things had been packed (we would never have done this ourselves so carefully); then a short message to "Ute Paech" is sufficient, and two days later all the boxes were picked up by a shipping company. The move was perfect, so I can only warmly recommend everyone to make the next move with "Ute Paech"!

For a professional move, I once again had to use the services of a moving company. For this purpose, I asked known moving companies to come to my house through recommendations and let me advise. Right from the start, I had the best feeling about Ute Paech. The consultant was very serious and competent. Right from the start he gave us the feeling that he was in perfect hands with Ute Paech. The consultation contained many details that no other consultant to the other companies had thought of. We moved in February 2017 and had a very large household. The employees of the Paech company dismantled and packed everything very carefully and carefully and were finished with the loading in record time. The house was then left swept clean by another team and the relocation team made their way to Munich.
Everything was perfectly rebuilt and unpacked, the lamps were attached and everything was very relaxed and happy. The employees were always courteous, worked very cleanly and all for a very good price.
